Yes, We try our very best to accommodate everyone that comes to Beauty Pro's However; we can become very busy at times and it may not be possible to serve you at the time you come in. We recommend you call ahead to see when a good time would be or to be placed on our walk-in list, but it is not required.
Yes; We offer Beauty credit to members only. This is just one of the perks our members enjoy with us. Our rates are only 5% with convenient monthly billing.
The products we carry at Beauty Pro's are hand picked to preform the way our clients need. We don't want you having 10 different bottles under the sink collecting dust because it didn't deliver on it's promise. If you have used less than a forth of the product and it has been 2 weeks or less since purchased, we will issue in store credit on all products. Exchanges will be made if the product is defective in anyway with in 2 weeks of purchase. Services preformed will try to be corrected first before further action is taken. Any electrical can be returned only if there is a defect and it has been with in 30 days of purchase

We love sharing our knowledge with are clients and their friends. What good is having the perfect haircut in the salon, if you can't achieve that same look at home? Or, Instead of bringing your little one in to us every 2 weeks just for a 5 min bang trim, let us teach you how to do it. We have a number of Education classes to help our clients from make-up classes, hair styling and proper hair care. All classes are Free to our Purple Members and a small fee to our other valued clients. Times and days vary and we will always have our up and coming classes on or website home page, Facebook page and in the Pro's Knows Newsletter.

We love a good wedding and we offer the perfect wedding packages just for your special day. Call for more details and pricing.
Special events are so much fun and we never want to miss out on the fun. We must know in advance when the event will take place, so we can arrange to be there.
